About Tim Fraser

As a native Londoner, it’s my pleasure to work with people who aspire to own their first property, sell their home, or invest in our beautiful and vibrant city. 

Throughout the course of my career, I’ve been drawn to roles that focus on building trusting and transparent relationships. For over a decade, my work in the music and entertainment industry took me across North America, where I helped educational and private institutions host large-scale events and festivals. It was always a pleasure to help my clients find, negotiate and buy talent so they could create one-of-a-kind experiences. The relationships I formed with the people I worked with will always remain close to my heart, as we have formed lasting connections.

When my first daughter arrived, I knew that it was time to pursue my lifelong interest in real estate, where I could work in a position that allowed me to use my strengths as a negotiator, as well as my desire to build rewarding relationships, in the city that I call home.
